"Another event we’ll be holding this year, on Saturday 26^th May from 11:00 to 1:30, is a Plant & Produce Sale and Soup Lunch in Avoch at the Church Hall, Rose Street. It’s still ten weeks away, and we’ll send out a reminder later, but in the meantime can you think about whether you might have anything that you can donate to our stalls?  If you can pot up any surplus plants, or raise some seedlings that we can sell, they’ll be very welcome, as will donations of baking and preserves, and prizes for the raffle.

"Please let me know if you’re able to help - and please come along to the event and let your family and friends know about it. There will be a choice of soups with bread, and cakes to follow. This is an important fund-raising event for the Society.
