| I've been the main instigator of an energy saving project for Hilton Church which I attend. We may still be changing a boiler but I've written a case study of the progress so far. I wouldn't say it's been straight forward. I think community projects are always a challenge but we've actually made some impressive savings. We should be carbon neutral for electricity over the year for the church and produce about half what the community cafe uses. Gas savings could be about 40%. I've been taking meter readings and will feel more confident about how much when we've been through the winter.
