February Newsletter and wind turbine forum discussion

The TBI February newsletter is now out, with lots of news and information about recent and forthcoming events and TBI activities.
Also likely to be of interest to those of you exercised one way or the other about BICE's wind turbine proposal, is a forum exchange (admittedly rather technical) between retired Wavegen engineer Tom Heath and Martin Sherring of BICE. Many of you must have views, technical or otherwise, about the turbine proposal soon to be put to a community ballot, so why not follow this lead and air them on the forum?
