Community Energy Scotland February Bulletin out now

Martin has forwarded a link to the February Members' Bulletin of Community Energy Scotland.
This edition includes news of CES's attempt to get the government to offer island-based wind generation the same financial terms as offshore wind farms, on the grounds that island costs and conditions are more similar to offshore than to mainland sites.
