Consultation open on Scottish Planning Review

Bruce Morrison of Ferintosh Community Council has once again brought an important issue to our attention.  Consultation is currently under way on proposals put forward following a major review of the Scottish Planning System, which include some detailed proposals for changing the roles of communities.  The proposals are contained in a consultation paper  prepared by an independent panel appointed by the Scottish Government in 2015 to undertake a review of the planning system in Scotland.  The consultation began on 10 January and closes on 4 April.
