I’m getting in touch to invite you to Cycling UK and Highland Cycle Campaign’s ‘Highland Campaign Workshop’ on 21st June, 12- 5pm, at the Spectrum Centre, Inverness.

The workshop will be an opportunity to find out more about cycle campaigning in the Highlands and a great place to meet like-minded people.

You don’t need to have campaigned before to get involved, you just need to want to make it easier to walk, cycle and wheel. So, if that sounds like you, please book your space below!

We’ll be discussing local issues and thinking about ways to campaign effectively. With that in mind, we’d love to hear about what issues affect you most – you can contribute here.If you’re not able to make the event, we’d still encourage you to fill out the form, this will help shape the discussions on the day. We’d especially like to see people who haven’t campaigned before, so if you know someone who is passionate about where they live and making it easier to cycle then please share with them, too.

Agenda

12:00 – 12:30 – Welcome and introductions
12:30 – 13:30 – Local issue discussions (by themes)
13:45 – 14:45 – Campaign solutions
15:00 – 16:00 – Networking
16:00 – 17:00 – Optional led ride on the Riverside way

Please visit the event page  here  to book a spot.

If you have any questions regarding the day, please get in touch with scott.runciman@cyclinguk.org

We look forward to seeing you!
