It's probably too late for the current planting season, but here's a link to a business selling fruit trees suitable for Scottish conditions http://www.scottishfruittrees.com/ . In fact, maybe it isn't too late - they have a special offer on for a ready-made orchard of either 4 apple varieties 2 plums and 2 pears, valid up to some time in Feb.
