Community Council Election results/nominations

All Black Isle councils constituted - election in Ferintosh

Following the extension of the nomination period, all Black Isle and neighbouring councils secured enough nominations for a council to be constituted.  Four additional nominations were received in Ferintosh, leading to the unusual requirement for an election, which will take place by postal ballot ending on 4 December.

For information about the results across the Highlands, lists of members of the new Black Isle community councils, and links to maps of the community council areas, go to  Groups / Community Councils.
