18 June 2017, Starts: 10:00, Ends: 13:00
Session 5 Sunday 18 June
The Warren Kilcoy IV6 7RX 10.00 - 1.00
Facilitator: Fuggo King
Winemaking for beginners
" We will be picking some fresh ingredients to start a batch of wine. Then
we will look at some further stages in the process that have already been
started. There are many recipes and flavours that can be achieved so it is
good to experiment and see what works and what you like. During the morning
we will go over the steps to take over the months until you can sample your
own wines, so patience is required. Once you get started you can have a
range to choose from all year round. There will be a printed sheet to take
away with reminder tips and a book and resource list. We will also have a
small sample to taste so bring a designated driver! "
As for bringing anything, maybe just a notebook.
Cost: by donation (Suggest £5-£10)
Booking essential - by emailing grownorth@transitionblackisle.org
