This is a very simple recipe indeed.
Take 3 sprigs of mint about 3 cm long with a cluster of young leaves. Put it in a mug. Pour in boiling water. leave for about 3 minutes. You can take out mint or leave it in to get stronger.
Enjoy!

Generally mint is better grown in a large pot as otherwise it spreads very fast.

You can do the same procedure for nettle tea. However this was not so popular. It tasted like ..well nettles!
It works as an indicator, though and turns pink if you add an acid such as lemon!
