I am writing to inform you that the CCT AGM will be held on Monday 28th March at 7pm in Culbokie Church Centre. It will also be possible to attend this event via Zoom. We are very keen to recruit new Board members so please consider putting yourself forward.  We can utilise a wide variety of skills and people who can link us to different parts of the community.  A brief description of the role of a Board member and a nomination form is available by contacting the membership secretary on 01349 877068 or by e-mail to: info@culbokiect.org . Each nominee must be proposed by two other members and we can help to arrange this.  The closing date for nominations is Monday 21st March 2022.

The papers for the meeting are available as follows:

Immediately after the AGM there will be a talk:
‘Heart of Culbokie - our vision for Glascairn and for a resilient community’.

The talk will last about twenty minutes, followed by time for questions and comments. This presentation, led by CCT Directors, will outline the longer term benefits of the changes which are currently being implemented in the village.

Both meetings are open to members and non-members.  If you would like to attend remotely then please send an e-mail to: event@culbokiect.org and we will send you the joining instructions.

We hope many of you are able to join us to review another difficult year and look forward to the future.
