Free bus travel for young scots

Stagecoach has emailed with news of a Scottish Government initiative to provide free bus travel for throughout Scotland for young people under 22.
From Monday 31st January 2022, young people and children aged 5-21 years can travel for free on all buses across Scotland as part of an initiative from the Scottish Government. |
To take advantage of the Free Bus Travel Scheme, a new or replacement National Entitlement Card (NEC) or Young Scot NEC is needed and must be shown for all journeys. |
If you don't have a valid card you will need to pay your fare in the normal way. |
