We urgently need someone to carry out the following duties. If this is something you could help with - even offering to do part of this little list - please contact me
1. Take minutes at main meetings and pass to webmaster for uploading on website
2. Send out letters of thanks whenever we hold events with paid professionals or on any other relevant occasions
3. Renew insurance annually
4. Write all contracts for contracted workers and keep signed copies
5. Keep any other agreements between TBI and other parties
6. Create where necessary child protection, health and safely policies and risk assessment documents
7. Maintain list of useful contacts for TBI including councillors and community council members
8. Maintain list of all village halls and other meeting venues and how to book
9. Book venue for all main meetings throughout the year and enter them on the website
10. Alert all members to forthcoming events and meetings
11. Be main contact with Oscar and Companies House for annual returns once we become a Company Limited by Guarantee.
