Newsletters received from CCT, GALE and BITT

14 October 2019

We have recently received Culbokie Community Trust's October newsletter, September and October newsletters together from Gairloch and Loch Ewe Enterprise (GALE) and an October bulletin from the Black Isle Tourism Team (BITT).

CCT are advertising the monthly Community Market (with apple pressing this Saturday 19 October and a secondhand book sale on 16 November); a Quiz Night on 9 November; their AGM and talk on 11 November; and a drop-in consultation on the Glascairn development and the Active Travel Route on 21 November.  Find the newsletter at  News / Culbokie CT Newsletters, and information about all these events on our Events calendar.

GALE are promoting art exhibitions by Lisa O'Brien and Joanne Simpson, and the newsletters also provide information about a befriending service in conjunction with Highland Hospice, their growing, seed swap and charcoal burning projects, a wreath making workshop and a Halloween Harvest event on 30 November.  GALE's newsletters are at  News / GALE Newsletters

These pages regularly provide up to date information from both these active community organisations.

BITT give advance notice of their Autumn meeting on 12 November, and report on their activity over the summer and topics including an upcoming clean-up at the Clootie Well being organised by the Forestry Commission.

Read the BITT bulletin.
