Antonio Guterres address on World Environment Day

On World Environment Day last Wednesday 5 June, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres delivered a powerful and passionate address on the climate crisis at the American Museum of Natural History in New York.
He said “It’s climate crunch time” when it comes to tackling rising carbon emissions, stressing that while the need for global action is unprecedented, so too are the opportunities for prosperity and sustainable development.
